REDUCE TO THE MAX
When a piston repair is due in the Smart Fortwo (33–45 kW) or Crossblade (52 kW), a complete rebuilt engine is delivered with the original spare part. Here a market-oriented solution: a separate piston that can be used to repair the 599 cm³ engines with turbo charger and intercooling.

STABILISER
The conspicuous stabilising glue bead of the air filter element LX 1845 prevents the dreaded block forming. The element fits into the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter II and VW Crafter from model 04/06 onward.

A BRILLIANT IDEA
For the controlled inlet and exhaust: with chrome-plated shaft and 2 different materials in shaft and head (the head is made from high-temperature resistant chromium-nickel steel and is connected with the shaft through a complex friction welding process), the inlet and exhaust valves for the MAN engines D2876 LF 12/13/25, D2876 LOH 20/21 and D2840 LF25 are a brilliant idea in every respect.

SAFE RETURN
The oil filter cartridge OX 361/4 D Eco is equipped with the patented “pin” for clean oil return during disassembly. The end plate and the internal sealing lip, which is also patented by MAHLE, are manufactured from a single piece. This assures particularly secure sealing between dirty and clean side. The OX 361/4 D Eco is suitable for BMW model series 118 D, 120 D and 123 D Coupé from 03/07 model onward and the 318 D, 320 D, X3D2.0 and 520 D from model 09/07 onward.

WELL SEPARATED
Thanks to the special sealing geometry of the air filter element LX 1502, a particularly clean separation between dirty and clean side is achieved. This innovative filter solution can be fitted to various Fiat and Lancia models: Fiat Albea, Doblo, Idea, Panda and Punto 1.3 JTD as well as Lancia Musa and Ypsilon 1.3 JTD.

CLASSIC PISTON CUSTOMERS
The Audi 80 and 100, as well as the coupe belong to the modern classics of automobile engineering. For the professional repair of the engine types 6A, ACE and 9A of these cars, the matching pistons are now available. These engines are also used in the VW Corrado.

OVERHAUL PACKAGE
When the engine of the Fiat Iveco Daily Transporter is giving you a hard time, we can offer an overhaul package in form of connecting rod bearings and crankshaft bearings as well as thrust washer. You can use this for professional repairs of the models of the series 30/35/40/45/50 and the engines CO3, CO41, C021, CO3.020, C0100, CO70 and CO3/D.

ITALIAN MASTER PERFORMANCE
This piston with ring carrier is a master piece indeed: to keep it cool, it is fitted with a cooling channel and in addition, it has a recess for a piston spray nozzle – and on top of all it has a graphite coating. With all these features, it can easily cope in the engines of up to 1.910 cm³ and 147 kW, with turbo charger and intercooling. It is used in the Alfa models 147, 156, 159, 166 and GT, in the Fiat Croma, Stilo and Brava, in the Lancia Lybra and Thesis as well as in the Opel Astra, Signum and Vectra – and finally in the Saab 9-3.

PISTONS: THE A(LFA) & O(PEL)
The diesel engine M 724 MT is used in the still current Alfa models 156, 147, and 159 from model 2004 onward. For the various versions from 74-88 kW, the matching pistons are now available – equipped with ring carrier, a recess for the piston spray nozzle und graphite coating. The allrounder is also suitable for various Fiat models (Croma, Doplo, Idea and Punto), the Lancia Lybra and Musa as well as Opel Astra, Signum, Vectra and Zafira.

HEAVY & GREASY
The air filter element LX 2008 for various types of construction equipment from Caterpillar and Komatsu has stabilising expanded metal inside and outside and a conical internal seal. To facilitate fitting, it is prepared with grease.
