Guiding technicians interactively and visually The user-friendly diagnostic Repair Bay system is used in production and service. It is based 100% on the TestLogiq® system and also supports the same manufacturing functions for vehicle "buy-off". In the case of complex processes, technicians can be guided interactively and visually utilizing a touch screen. The graphical user interface on the diagnostic tool is defined and configured easily using the VAT® (Visual Authoring Tool®). Media data such as images or video can also be integrated in the diagnostic tests. The parameters of the individual diagnostic tests can be defined by the OEM or upon request by MAHLE Powertrain engineers. Hardware used for the RepairLogiq® runtime environment includes, for example, a laptop or a mobile tester with a VCI. It is also easy to adapt the runtime environment to existing manufacturing hardware. Real-time diagnosis: concurrent and economical The RepairLogiq® system supports the real-time diagnosis of several modules concurrently and can display the results in the form of graphs. Stored faults from individual control modules can be retrieved quickly and easily. The RepairLogiq® system also supports the concurrent execution of tests and quickly provides the technician with the required diagnostic information. Integration and versatile networking possibilities The RepairLogiq® system can be integrated into existing system environments and the repair and testing results can then be transmitted to an existing information system. Alternatively, RepairLogiq® can be combined with the ReportLogiq® reporting system from MAHLE Powertrain. With the help of the AdminLogiq® system, testers can be managed centrally via the network. In addition to hardware information, it is also possible to retrieve the software status of the RepairLogiq® runtime environment, and other versions of the runtime environment can be transmitted and installed centrally.
