The heart of an air filter is the filter element with paper made of high-quality cellulose fibers. Impregnation with special resins produces the desired quality, meaning resistance to temperature and moisture. The filtration properties depend upon the selection of raw materials and the construction of the paper itself. Dust separation efficiencies of up to 99.9% are possible in standard applications.
The trapped dirt collects within the filter, so that the air filter must be maintained in accordance with the specification. |
